A late September day offered the perfect setting for an unforgettable bike journey across the Venetian lagoon. Starting in the morning by taking the ferry from Punta Sabbioni, we landed on the Lido of Venice to begin a scenic 50 km loop surrounded by water.
Riding through the historic village of Malamocco, we hopped on another ferry to reach Pellestrina island, eventually arriving in charming Chioggia and the beachfront of Sottomarina.
On the return leg, we explored different routes: pedaling atop the historic seawalls (Murazzi) in Pellestrina and passing by the natural dunes of Lido’s free beach treated us to breathtaking coastal views before catching the ferry home to Punta Sabbioni.
Instead of a traditional photo gallery, experience the full adventure directly through our onboard footage.
